1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bo177 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements. No oral modification of these Terms shall be binding on bo177.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with bo177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or trust).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of bo177 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or organization when placing Wagers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from any other licensed gaming platform under a formal self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not have had a previous bo177 Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bo177 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility criteria are not met. We do not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the national level outside of Indonesia.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether through different email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

KYC verification is required before bo177 processes your first withdrawal request and may be triggered at any time as part of our ongoing compliance obligations. Documents commonly requested during KYC include:

• Government-issued photo identity (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the bank account or e-wallet registered to your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension. bo177 will not process withdrawals on suspended accounts. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bo177 does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000
• Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts upon request).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal per day: Rp 100.000.000 (subject to Account tier and KYC status).

Processing times: Deposits are credited in real time or within five minutes for all supported payment methods. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for bank transfers and under three minutes for e-wallets. Withdrawals subject to enhanced due diligence review may take up to 24 hours.

bo177 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be paid to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bo177 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bo177 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. The specific terms — including the bonus amount, minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, rollover multiplier, minimum odds requirement, and expiry date — are stated in full on each individual promotion page and in the promotional communication issued to you.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is always used first in any wagering activity.
• Standard rollover requirement: 5x to 10x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The applicable multiplier is stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus Funds expire if the rollover requirement is not completed within the period stated in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 calendar days).
• Minimum odds for sports bets to qualify toward rollover: 1.50 (decimal odds) / -200 (American odds) / 1/2 (fractional odds), unless stated otherwise.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward rollover. Live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) as stated in the individual promotion. Togel (lottery) games and sports betting contribute at rates specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the active one will void the existing bonus.
• bo177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, without affecting bonuses already active in accounts at the time of the change.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee outcomes, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the Account.

7 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, slot games, or other). Product-specific rules are published on the Platform under the relevant game or market.

General betting conditions:

• A Wager is accepted only when bo177's system issues a confirmation. Wagers not confirmed by the system — due to connection failure, technical error, or any other reason — are void.
• bo177 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at incorrect or palpably erroneous odds, whether caused by a system error, a data feed error, or a human input error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the Account.
• For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules for the specific sport and market as published on the Platform. Settled bets will not be reversed unless a clear operator error is identified.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., match postponed), those legs are removed and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per day. Applicable limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• bo177 reserves the right to limit the maximum Wager size for any market, event, or User Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice to the User.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), voiding of open Wagers, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such incident must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so and any exploitation thereof constitutes fraud.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or reproducing any part of the Platform without written authorization from bo177.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bo177.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without authorization.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses multiple times.

9 Responsible Gaming

bo177 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. The following player-protection tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at intervals you choose showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request to our support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bo177 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The bo177 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bo177. Unauthorized use of any bo177 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bo177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether bo177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bo177's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bo177 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bo177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case the change takes effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Balance before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bo177 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of Indonesia, the parties acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is an evolving area and agree to resolve disputes in good faith in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's laws.

Dispute resolution procedure:

1. Informal resolution: In the first instance, you must contact bo177 support with a detailed written description of your complaint. Our team will investigate and respond within five (5) business days.
2. Formal complaint: If the informal process does not resolve your complaint within 14 calendar days, you may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to our Compliance team via the email address listed in Clause 14. Formal complaints will receive a final written decision within 28 calendar days.
3. External adjudication: If you remain dissatisfied following our formal decision, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body nominated by bo177's licensing authority. Details of the nominated body are available on the Platform and upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bo177 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.
